Benefit Form Filling Clinics

We are experencing an ever increasing number of enquiries from individuals regarding beneft forms and appeals against a welfare benefit decision, and we are trying to deal with as many of these enquiries as possible, by continuing to run our form filling clinics out in the community.

If you need help filling out complicated forms such as:

 Disability Living Allowance
 Carers Allowance
 Attendance Allowance
 Employment and Support Allowance
 Pension Credit

  28th Sept   -  Twyn Community Centre, Caerphilly
  5th Oct    -  Bargoed Community Centre, Bargoed
  12th Oct    -  White Rose Information Centre, New Tredegar
  19th Oct    -  Twyn Community Centre, Caerphilly
  26th Oct    -  Penllwyn Millennium Centre, Penllwyn
  2nd Nov    -  Bargoed Community Centre, Bargoed
  9th Nov    -   White Rose Information Centre, New Tredegar
  16th November  -  Twyn Community Centre, Caerphilly  
  23rd November  -  Moriah Baptist Chapel, Risca
  30th November   - Nelson Community Centre, Nelson
  7th December   -  Penllwyn Millennium Centre, Penllwyn
  14th December   - Bargoed Community Centre

We are at the centres from 12pm until 4pm.
