We provide an information service, offering  free  information and advice on all aspects of  living with disabilities.

What can we do for you?

Don't worry if you can't see what you're looking for, we can help with pretty much any topic and if we can't we will find someone who can! In addition to providing general information on disability related issues, we can signpost you to the main UK organisations, support groups and other help lines working in the disability field or help you to find a disability service within Caerphilly County Borough.

 Our Information Line currently operates 

 Monday to Thursday 10.30 till 2.30 each week

 The line is manned by volunteers who have direct experience of disability themselves and understand the barriers that disabled people can face in accessing information.

All calls are treated in the strictest confidence, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

We also have a variety of useful information sheets, booklets and fact sheets which we will happily send out to you.
