Carers Info

We can offer advice, support and information for carers of all ages who are caring for a relative, friend or neighbour. We offer the carer someone to talk to, someone who will listen, information on the support available and we can be a ‘voice’ for carers and try to ensure they get  the practical, financial and emotional support they need.

Don't worry if you can't see what you're looking for, we can help with pretty much any topic and if we can't we will find someone who can!

Our Carers Information Line currently operates
 Monday to Thursday 10.30 - 2.30 each week

There is an answer machine for calls outside of these hours, anyone who calls and leaves their number will be contacted on the next working day. 

Our advisors are for the large part volunteers who either have a disability or have experience of disability or caring, this enables them to bring their personal experience and understanding to our advice service for the benefit of users and clients.
